These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website ringntra.com (the "Website") operated by Redwire Pvt. ("we", "us"), the company that builds and supports the Ringntra contact center platform ("Ringntra"). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Ringntra
Ringntra is a self-hosted contact center software platform licensed to businesses. The Website describes the product and lets you request a demonstration or a quote. Use of a deployed Ringntra system by a customer is governed by a separate written license and support agreement signed between the customer and Redwire Pvt. — not by these Terms.
2. Quotes and licensing
- Pricing shown or discussed is indicative until confirmed in a written quote.
- Licenses are granted per the signed agreement, typically as a one-time license fee plus an annual support and updates subscription.
- A quote does not constitute a contract until accepted in writing by both parties.
3. Acceptable use of the Website
You agree not to misuse the Website — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, submitting false or misleading information through our forms, or using the Website to distribute unlawful or harmful content.
4. Intellectual property
The Ringntra name, logo, Website content and software are the property of Redwire Pvt. or its licensors. Ringntra is built on open-source components (including the Asterisk telephony engine), which remain governed by their own licenses. You may not copy, modify or redistribute our proprietary materials without written permission.
5. Disclaimer
The Website and its content are provided "as is" for general information. While we work to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranty that the Website is error-free or uninterrupted. Product capabilities, availability and timelines are confirmed only in a signed agreement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redwire Pvt. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website. Liability relating to a licensed Ringntra deployment is defined in the applicable signed agreement.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information submitted through the Website and forms part of these Terms.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, where Redwire Pvt. is registered, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Nepal.
