This Privacy Policy explains how Redwire Pvt. ("we", "us"), the company behind the Ringntra contact center platform, collects, uses and protects information when you visit ringntra.com (the "Website") or contact us through it.
1. Information we collect
When you submit our demo or quote request form, we collect the information you provide:
- Your name and company name
- Your work email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- Your team size and any message you write to us
We do not collect payment information through the Website, and we do not use advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your demo or quote request and communicate with you about Ringntra
- To prepare a quote tailored to your requirements
- To improve the Website and our services
We will not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
3. Service providers we rely on
The Website uses a small number of third-party services to function:
- EmailJS — delivers your form submission to our inbox. Your form details pass through their service for delivery.
- Google Fonts and content delivery networks — load the Website's typeface and styling. These providers may receive standard technical data such as your IP address when your browser requests those files.
These providers process data only to provide their service to us.
4. Data retention
We keep demo and quote request details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows. You may ask us to delete your details at any time (see Section 6).
5. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Note that the Ringntra product itself is self-hosted by our customers — call recordings and customer data processed by a deployed Ringntra system reside on the customer's own infrastructure, not on our servers.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@ringntra.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Children
The Website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
